Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

A will or Trust

I was told that a will is no longer good in the state of Michigan. Should i change over to a trust. Or Living trust.

Whoever told you that wills are no longer valid in Michigan doesn't know what he or she is talking about. They are valid as long as written and executed properly. Whether you should have a trust or not is another matter. Talk to a probate lawyer. William S. Stern
