Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan
No Will
It has been over 12 years since my parents passed. And my sister lived with them. She has not distributed any of there belongings to the 3 other siblings. What can I do about this?

This is a complicated matter due to the fact that such a long time has passed. Despite that your recourse is to open a probate estate in the probate court in the county in which your parents passed.
