wills second time around

i had sent in a question about wills but my computer keeps saying that the page cannot come up. my question was; my ex-husband and i bought a house had our wills made out giving the otherfr the house , he passed away without making a new will. am i intitled to the house or do the children have to keep it.

I did respond to your question the first time around indicating that depending on the divorce judgment and how it changes the ownership, typically the divorce reduces the joint tenancy to a tenants in common. Thus, you now own the house with the heirs of your ex. as tenants in common.
