Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

wills trusts & life insurance

my aunt passed away and stated in

front of the lawyer and her sister

(the trustee) that i was the

beneficiary of her life insurance

policy. I called the company and

they said that was false and it was to

be left in her trust. Apparently

when she retired the policy was

voided and put into a different policy

but a few days before she passes she

said i was the sole beneficiary is there

anything i can legally do
