If you remain injured as a result of being hurt on the job you have remedies through the worker's compensation statutes. You should seek legal assistance.

You should file a workers compensation claim utilizing the services of an experienced workers compensation lawyer. I have 26 + years in the field and am a former member of the Workers Compensation Appeal Board. Furthermore, you may have a claim against the employer under the Family Medical Leave Act.
