Legal Question in Workers Comp in Michigan

Is there a case time limit?

My husband fell off a roof while working for a company. His boss would have been investigated for having another injury against his company. So when he took my husbant to the hospital he said just tell them you fell off your roof at home and i'll pay the bills. My husband did but then his boss had a change of heart. He fired my husband and didn't pay the bills. We are trying to get this taken care of but it's been about 1 1/2 years. I might be able to get a statement from the home owners who witnessed the accedent and my father was friends with the boss and he told my dad he would pay for the bills. What can we do?

Re: Is there a case time limit?

You need to contact an attorney immediately for this. I'm not sure why you waited so long but you should not wait any longer.
