Legal Question in Workers Comp in Michigan
I fell at work and hurt my shoulder. I had very minimal arthritis symptoms before the incident and cannot use my arm since the incident. The doctor who is doing surgery April 14 said that the original eight weeks of bone on bone collision pain were work related, but anything after, including my current disability, pain, immobility, surgery and subsequent recovery are not work related. I would never have been in my current state of disability if I hadn't have had the accident. The accident definitely exacerbated my condition to its current state. What can I do?
