Legal Question in Workers Comp in Michigan

getting fired

my husband was wrongfully fired for driving a car although there were no work restrictions stating that he couldn't at that time .they called it falsifying documents?? does this sound right?

Whether or not it is fair, there are few restrictions on the ability of an employer to discharge an employee when the employee is an "at-will" employee. The employer is allowed to be unfair, as long as it does not infringe upon some civil rights statute, some federal statute such as the Family Medical Leave Act, etc. That is why people unionize.
