Legal Question in Workers Comp in Michigan

Does an injury at work have to be from negligance to be eligable for workmans comp.

Workers' compensation is a no-fault system. In other words, the fact that you are hurt at work and sustain wage loss is what allows the recovery. Negligence is not a factor.
