You need to consult with another attorney who specializes in workers' comp. If you do not have a doctor telling you that you cannot work at all, then why would you have a legal basis for any workers' comp claim? Call a workers' comp firm out of the yellow pages if you are not satisfied with your current lawyer. However, if your lawyer is working on a contingency basis, then they would pursue a claim that has merit and value.
