Legal Question in Workers Comp in Michigan

the case keeps getting postponed and when it dose it takes 3 or 4 months to go back on the docket,postponed again till feb because of medicare.this is a mi case and i need to know if they can tell another company u applied at that u filed comp against them when are able to look for another job. thank u

Yes, the company can very likely disclose this information regarding the unemployment compensation claim to another prospective employer of the claimant without incurring liability for defamation or related charges.
