Reporting an injury

I injured my back at work on Saturday and went to my family doctor before reporting the injury to my employer. Can I still have a valid claim for workman's compensation?

Sure. Just tell the employer about it. If you are off for more than 7 consecutive days, he must pay you workers comp. If he doesn't pay as he should, give me a call.
