Retrun to Work Program

I have had shoulder surgery because of an injury at work, I was offered a job to input data on the day shift, 5 days a week from 7:30-4pm. The problem is I have always worked 12 hour midnights. I am a single mother with young children, and when I work they go to there fathers. I am unable to work days because of the cost of daycare. But if I rufuse the job they are offering they say I will lose my job. Please help

I think that there is no great solution because of the delay between the time that you file a petition for workers compensation and the hearing date. However, the only solution, however bad it is, is to file a petition and ask for mediation. This will get you a real quick hearing date. However, the decision of a mediator is not binding.
