Legal Question in Workers Comp in Michigan

Return to work, and pay.

I have been off work since December 2006. I injured my shoulder, had restrictions no use of right arm, so manager told me that until my restrictions change, to go home. Thus worker's comp. Had surgery April 27, 2007. Med. rotor cuff tear. Now only 2 mos after, still in sling, still no use of right arm, work called, said I have to go back to work. So I did, they created a positon for me. The manager now is telling me that he only has to give me 25 hours a week cause that is what would be equal to my comp pay. I was part time prior to injury, but was working average of 36 to 38 hours a week. Is there any law that can be inforced here? Also while I was off, comp did pay me mileage, but not the correct amount according to Michigan's web site, can I get that back mileage pay?
