Legal Question in Workers Comp in Michigan

I need to know my rights

I was hurt at work I didnt go to the doctor until later that night my boss says they dont have to pay the bill because I didnt go when he asked me If this is the truth(which) I dont know then isnt it supposed to be posted somewhere or shouldnt he have told me that when i said no?

They have to pay the bill if the doctor relates the injury to the job and that opinion is accepted by the magistrate. Bill Stern
