Stopping Compensation

Does an insurance company have the right to cut off your weekly checks and medical benefits without sending you a written reason as to why?

They can cut you off but they are supposed to send a form explaining why. However, there are no penalties if they fail to do so. They cannot cut you off in this manner after a magistrate has made a favorable decision granting you benefits. The solution is to file a petition (Form 104A). You should do this with an experienced workers' compensation attorney.
