Legal Question in Workers Comp in Michigan

Structured Settlement

Are there any time frames once you agree to a Structured Settlement and when it goes before a magistrate ? We have been waiting five weeks now, and no word as to when this will go before the magistrate. What is the normal length of time once a Settlement is agreed upon till it is completed ?

Ask your lawyer. Chances are, you have an experienced workers comp attorney. If you entered into a structure without the benefit of an experienced comp attorney, you probably made a big mistake. Bill Stern 248-353-9400
