Legal Question in Workers Comp in Michigan
I was in a work related accident over 20 years ago (compound fracture tib/fib) and now its popping and hurting can i get a claim for this?

Yes, but you will most likely b paid at the old rate. Also, recent changes in the law are not in the favor of the employee.
