Worker' Comp Rights for Michigan

I an currently drawing workers' comp from my employer and found out that my employer hired a new permanet employee to fill my job, is this legal? I have been off work since April 22, 2005.

It is generally legal for an employer to replace an injured workers, even permanently. However, perhaps there is some violation of the Handicappers Act if a reasonable accomodation could have been made. These are difficult cases.
