I had injured my lower back at work, pain is going down to my left leg, I been off work 12/4/03 until now.My doctor send me for fisical therapy but they told me that I dont qulify because of my pain, so I been send for MRI but Workers Compensation told me, they will not cover MRI,they told me that they will disppute my clame so I can use my own insurance for MRI and they will cover that. Right now I am not getting anything from them what should I do, when claim is disputed and I am still in bad pain.
