When on workers comp does your employer pay for the hours that you are at the drs visits, physical therapy, and testing that is related to the work comp injury? Or are you required to take vacation/sick time?

Your workers' comp rate is based on a formula published by the State that takes into account the number of dependents, etc. The forumla is based upon your earnings. You only get mileage for going to the doctor. William S. Stern
