Re: workmans comp claim

I cannot explain it but give me a call to discuss your situation. Is your husband on Social Security? If so, it may be beneficial in the long run to attempt a structured settlement, buy an annuity that will pay you forever, protect you in the event of your husband's death and get your medical paid into the future. This is a complicated potential resolution of your difficulties with the workers' comp carrier but I have successfully done this in the past. Otherwise, in the short term, and in fact, while contemplating a potential long-term resolution, a petition can be filed regarding the prescription issue. Feel free to give me a call to discuss this.
