hi im 19 i was wondering if there is any way to still sue for mental and emotional abuse from the past and that still occurs today or am i to old where it doesnt matter

First of all, your case would have to be reviewed regarding any specifics.

Second, generally, it is extremely difficult to collect for alleged emotional abuse where there is no documented physical element of the abuse. Damages would be difficult to determine or collect.
