How do you go about registering a North Dakota custody judgment in Minnesota? And do i have to get the foreign order registered if i am planning on going for a modification of primary residential responsibility

You going to have to go to court to have the ND order transfer here. There may be obstacles, and issues that need to be addressed in ND first. Call a few attorneys for a consultation. Most attorneys in your area are licensed in MN and ND, and would be helpful.
