Legal Question in Administrative Law in Minnesota

I sold a car, which I still have the title for, and there is still a balance owed to me on it. I know the car has been stripped and the parts put into 2 other cars. Now, I've been trying to get the gentleman to contact me back, I've left voice mail, text, called his girlfriend asking for him to contact me back, contacted his friend asking him to get back to me. No response in 4 months. I'm getting ready to head to the sheriffs office to obtain a re possession order, I was just wondering, if I could obtain at least one of the vehicles my car parts were were put into
