Need a new attorney

Please help! My brother has been found guilty of 6 felonly 1st degree sexual conduct and 2 felonly 2nd degree sexual conduct. He is innocent!! He had a terrible lawyer and now need a new one to file for a mistrial and get him out of jail. There was one man on the jury that was our father's boss and they didn't get along, but his attorney said it shouldn't be a problem. My brother has erectile dysfunction yet his attorney failed to summit his medical records into evidence. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Your remedy would be to file a Motion for Post Conviction Relief. The basis for that releif could be ineffective assistance of counsel, juror misconduct or other issues.

Unfortunately, the felonies are quite serious and your brother is facing a lengthy incarceration period if the matter is not addressed.

Several question need to be answered, Has there been a sentencing, what is the time frame since the trial, has any papers been filed?
