Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Minnesota
Child Care
I am a child care provider in MN. I have had my License revoked pending appeal for things that my Case Licensor bent the truth on and out right lied. I have to request a hearing. I have witnesses that she was not honest in her reporting. I've never had a complaint or injury. All positive. Do I need a lawyer.

Re: Child Care
Thank you for the post. You can certainly be denied a proper license if you are unable to effectively overturn the decision of the licensing agency. As a result, having an attorney for any hearing would be a good idea. If you have not already filed to a review hearing, you should have that done by a lawyer.
