Legal Question in Banking Law in Minnesota
Bank accounts
The bank I have been banking at went into my personal accts & removed my name from them without any permisson from me & put my mothers name on them. They are now refusing to correct the problem because they say I'm not the owner of the accts. Do I have any legal recoruse against them for doing this?

Are you a minor? How much was in your accounts?
DO you have documentation from the initial opening of the accounts? I have experience representing banks. Call or email.
