Legal Question in Banking Law in Minnesota
My bank broke privacy laws
My bank is known as one of the worst banks in the area. Recently they took my account statement, and mailed it to my sister! My sister has never been and is not my legal guardian. There's no reason why they should do this but to save 39 cents postage. Do I have a case, can I sue them?
