Legal Question in Banking Law in Minnesota
Banking law
I,m recently married. I have a separate savings acc. I have my acc. set up, so that if I die it will be paid upon death POD, to my two kids. Will my new husband beable to freeze the acc. and get the money? I want the money to go to my 2 kids.
