Legal Question in Banking Law in Minnesota
canceling a check
Say i bought a home and signed papers agreeing to buy it am i able to cancel the check if i feel that i was misled on the quality of the home? as far as damage and repairs that are needed?

Were the "papers" a Purchase Agrreement?
Did it contain a provision for inspection?
Normally Sellers will make repairs prior to sale if provided for in the P.A.
