Legal Question in Banking Law in Minnesota
I have a cd with a bank that was bought by Wells Fargo so i took my Certificate of Deposit and A Combined Motion And Order For Release Minor Settlement Funds (signed by a judge) to wells Fargo to get access to my account but Wells Fargo is telling me that they can't find my account and it's not with the states unclaimed property so there is nothing they can do...What rights do I have to get the bank to release my money or at least reimburse me my money since they lost my account

It sounds like a trace needs to be started with the records of the bank which originated the CD, probably
via the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp.
What was the balance of the CD? Was there a Designated Custodian or Trustee for the CD when it was
initially established?
