My checking account was closed by my financial institution. I received no prior notification. Now I have checks that are being returned ''Account Closed''. Do they have to notify me before they close my account?

Depends on the agreement you have with the bank. What was the reason for the account closure?
Do you have a copy of the agreement with the bank?
