Legal Question in Banking Law in Minnesota
Checking and saving accounts
I am married. I have only been married for 1 year. I put my 2 kids , both over 18, on my savings account. If anything happens to me I want my kids to have what is in my account. In case of a divorce, or death, is it true my husband vcan have my account frozen by an attorney and get at the money. I have already provided for him. Sincerely,--name removed--
