Legal Question in Banking Law in Minnesota
Employer
My husband's employer wrote him a bad check.Our bank account is now over drawn and we have $100.00 in over draw fees. Is his boss responsible or are we?

You should certainly make the claim. The employer's bounced check is a breach of contract, and the fees are your damages.
You may also be entitled to damages under MN Statutes.
