Legal Question in Banking Law in Minnesota
I feel that my bank is discriminating against me because I do not have a ton of money in the bank my account has always been in good standing my overdraft protection is always paid off but I've had a few cards flagged for fraudulent and there my bank is refusing to reissue me another debit card due to too many cards being flagged for fraud from their fraud department... I guarantee if I had a 100 grand in the bank there wouldn't be a problem reassuring me another debit card I even offered to pay for the debit card and they still told me no..
