Legal Question in Banking Law in Minnesota
Late payments
If my boat payment is 4 months behind and other payments are late with one financial institution, can they legaly take my boat if I get current on the boat not on my other loans. The bank says I have until tomorrow to get current on everything or they are taking my boat

It depends upon the written terms of the loans, but this would not be an uncommon provision.
