Minnesota Legal Interest Rate
I am about to collect on a long over due judgement that has been owed me. I have to establish the value, what is the legal interest rate I can charge in the State of MN. Thank you

Is there a contract?
Is it consumer debt or business?
If no stated rate and judgment has not been entered see Minn.Stat. 334.011.
