mortgage payment
I owed the bank 200,000 but I wrote
a check and wrote paid in full legally
do I owe the bank anything?is
accepting the check ,accepting the
turns of the check?

Well, as I said earlier, you need to ask the bank for a certificate of full and final settlement/payment. There may still be some payments over due towards like interest, bank charges or may pre-payment charges - depending upon the contract you signed at the time of loan.
