Repossession
We are trying to repo a car. It is in our members mom's garage. How can we get it? She is not cooperating. Can the police come with us. What is our next step?

You need to follow the statutory procedure and you cannot "breach the peace".
It would be a good idea to retain counsel on this one.If you misstep, you could be charged with a crime.
