We have a 2002 Larson runabout boat that is fully paid for. Are we allowed to keep this?

You can keep it if you can claim it as exempt. Whether you can do that depends on what else you have to claim, because the exemptions only allow you to keep so much. You might want to take a look at my page on exemptions at http://www.mn-bankruptcy.com/exemptions.html.
