Alimony
Can an alimony judgement be released in bankruptcy? the person in 70 years old and is unable to continue to pay the alimony and the exwife has gotten a judgement from the court for the alimony? he is filing bankruptcy because he has been borrowing money just to try to keep up with alimony?

Usually, alimony cannot be discharged. However, he could bring a motion to modify his alimony obligation.
