Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Minnesota

Auto Lease

I filed my bankruptcy and have been discharged sine June 06. When I discharged I was behind on my auto lease payments. I then paid them up and have fallen behind again. There was no reaffirmation agreement signed. And they have threatend to take the car back at any time they would like. My question is if I let the bank take the car back will I be responsbile for any of the over the miles or could they come after me for the difference in the sale? I just don't want to get stuck with owing a bunch of money?

Re: Auto Lease

If you have not reaffirmed the lease and have not assumed the lease, then you can give back the car and walk away free; that would be my understanding. This is a good example of why not to reaffirm or assume anything.
