If I owe on a line of credit, can a bank freeze the funds in my checking account AFTER I have filed?

Re: bank accounts
Seems like certain banks do it all the time. I've always figured that it's not legal, but few of my clients have the money to pay an extra attorney fee to challenge it.
When they owe money to a bank where they have money, I tell my clients to get their money out of there before we file.
Good luck with that.
