Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Minnesota
Does bankruptcy cover criminal fines
I owe a lot including fines for bounced checkes etc. also have warrents out for not compleating income form or something like that. Will Bankruptcy help me with everything I owe the courts as well as creditors?

A chapter 7 bankruptcy discharge will ordinarily not cover fines or penalties owed to a governmental authority.
It may be able to help you with your other debts, however.
