Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Minnesota

On July 26 my chapter 13 will be dismissed, after it is dismissed can I refile the 13 with another lawyer as my past lawyer didnot do the plan correctly and I cannot pay it.What is the law for this??

I suggest you contact another bankruptcy attorney BEFORE your case is dismissed. It is often possible to modify a chapter 13 plan. That may be better than having a dismissal. AMong other things, sometimes there is a period during which you cannot re-file.
