Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Minnesota
I was divorced and filed bankruptcy,will my name be REMOVED from mortgage of my ex's house?I was told i'm not responsible for the loan but my name can't be removed,is this true?

Yes. As far as I know, that would be true. You are discharged from the debt, meaning that they can no longer try to collect from you. But outside of that, nothing changes.
