Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Minnesota
What is the easiest way to claimy my home that I own with my husband? My I owe way more than what federal exemptions allow

The language of your question is a bit garbled. However, it looks to me as if you are asking about claiming your home as exempt.
The exemptions don't have limits on how much you owe. They generally have limits on how much equity you can exempt. I would need to know how much equity you have before I can fully track with you here.
In Minnesota we have a choice between a list of federal exemptions and a list of state exemptions. The state exemptions allow an exemption of a homestead up to $360,000 under some circumstances. The bankruptcy law has put limits on top of that for anyone who has been living in the state for a relatively short time.
You need to consult a real, live lawyer - face to face. There is no substitute for that.
