Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Minnesota
Filing Bankruptcy again, this time as a single person
I filed Chapter 7 jointly with my exwife in 1997.
I'd like to know if I still have to wait six years to file again if I now file as a ''single'' person.
Thank you.

Yes, you still have to wait six years to do another Chpater 7. You could however do a Chapter 13 in the meantime.
Good luck.
