Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Minnesota
Filing Chapter 7 Adversary Action to Discharge Student Loans
How would one go about finding an attorney in the Twin Cities Minnesota area who has experience in filing and litigating (successfully, one hopes) an adversary action to discharge student loans under a Chapter 7?
If I were just filing a straight Chapter 7, frankly I would probably file it pro se - the situation is relatively unremarkable in that area. But my wife has cancer, which is not going to get any better, and I need to explore the possibility of a successful action to discharge the $120,000 in student debt that we cumulatively owe.
If anyone in the area wants to reply privately you can do so to: [email protected]
Thanks.

I have done that kind of work sucessfully, but I'm not so sure I would want to try again. It was lots of work and kept me awake at night.
It would not be easy and it would not be cheap.
I'd be willing to consult with you but would promise nothing more. You have to be able to prove that there is no way in your lifetime that you will be able to pay these loans.
